ROFIN offers the StarCut Performance Series, state-of-the-art micro laser cutting and deep-engraving workstations specifically designed for jewelry production. Silver, gold, platinum, and titanium alloys of up to 3mm thickness, can be cut or engraved to the finest detail, even filigree designs, with superior quality.

Highly-detailed pendants, charms, and rings that take days to produce by hand can now be manufactured in a matter of minutes. The fully automated, computer-controlled workstation allows one operator to produce hundreds to thousands of pieces per day. The pulse repetition rate of the StarCut laser provides optimum performance for maximizing cutting speeds.

Standard machine configurations accommodate flat-sheet cutting capabilities with optional motorized Z and rotary axis control for added cutting configurations and automatic operations. For increased functionality, the StarCut Performance Series can be configured for deep engraving and marking.
