Preventive Maintenance Agreements—Maintain the high performance of your laser marker 

• Choice of semi-annual or quarterly PM coverage, system specific
• Fixed price per system based on number of hours. Includes consumables.
• Priority response for on-site service
• Discounts on training for multiple systems

On-Site Response Contracts–In addition to our standard technical phone support, Rofin-Baasel offers several levels of On-Site Response Contracts

• 24/7 coverage
• Guaranteed on-site within 24 hours

Extended Warranty Agreements–Two options available:

• Extended Full Warranty for one year
• Extended Coverage:  Standard hours for coverage Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM; Extended Coverage Agreement provides 24/7 coverage
