Laser Training Registration

HOW TO REGISTER:

Email Training@rofin-baasel.com, or call 978-635-9100 x2219 to register, or fill in the Training Request Form and email/fax it to us. Because classes require a minimum number of students to be run, please check with Rofin-Baasel to see if the class is confirmed before making any travel plans. PROGRAM FEE: Please contact us for program fees. All Rofin-Baasel training pricing is in United States currency and payment must be received at the time of registration, prior to class. Registration is not official until payment is received. All classes are limited to 6 students.

Programs presented at customer locations (within North America) are priced per day for up to 6 students, plus the instructor’s travel and living expenses (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm).

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:

You will receive written Confirmation of your enrollment, directions to Rofin-Baasel, and suggested lodging in the area.

REFUNDS:

If you must cancel or reschedule a class, please let us know as soon as possible. If the class is canceled thirty days prior to the class start date, the charge is 25% of the total cost of the program. Cancellation two weeks prior to start date the charge is 50%. Less than two weeks the charge is 100%. If you must reschedule a class within two weeks of the scheduled start date, a 25% rescheduling fee will be assessed.
